Terms, delivery, refunds and privacy
Written plainly, so you know exactly what you are buying and what happens if it goes wrong. Last updated 19 August 2026.
Ordering and payment
All prices on this website are shown in the currency stated next to each item and exclude any local taxes or duties that may apply in your country.
Payment is taken securely by Stripe. We never see, handle or store your card details — the payment is completed entirely on Stripe's systems, which are PCI-DSS compliant.
Your order is confirmed only once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number and a link to track your order.
For larger projects, outsourcing arrangements, hardware supply or anything requiring a site visit, we issue a written quotation and invoice separately. The online catalogue covers fixed-price, remotely delivered work only.

Delivery and scheduling
Online appointments take place at the date and time you select, in the timezone shown at checkout. An engineer contacts you on the phone number or email address you provided. We deliver these sessions worldwide, including across the GCC, Africa and Europe.
Fixed-price services state their delivery time on the item itself — typically between three and five working days from payment. Work starts once we have the access or information needed from you; if that is delayed, the delivery time moves accordingly and we will tell you.
Software licences are provisioned and implementation is scheduled within five working days of payment.
Nothing on this site requires a physical shipment. If hardware forms part of a separate quotation, delivery terms are set out on that quotation.

Cancellations, refunds and returns
Appointments. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before the start time — contact us and we will refund in full or move the booking. Inside 4 hours, or if you are not reachable at the scheduled time, the fee is not refundable because the engineer's time has been held for you. If we cancel or fail to attend, you receive a full refund or a new slot, whichever you prefer.
Fixed-price services. Cancel for a full refund at any point before work begins. Once work has started, we refund the portion not yet delivered. If we cannot deliver what was described, you get a full refund — that is on us, not you.
Diagnostic sessions. If we cannot identify the fault during the session, the fee is credited in full against any follow-up work with us, or refunded on request.
Software licences. Because licences and implementation are prepared for you specifically, they are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if implementation has not yet begun.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
To request a refund, email us quoting your order reference, or open a support ticket. We reply within one business day.

Warranty and support
Work we perform is warranted for 30 days: if the same fault returns within that period and it is attributable to our work, we fix it at no charge.
Our software products are supported for the duration of the licence or support contract, including bug fixes and compatibility updates.
Hardware supplied by us carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we administer on your behalf.
This warranty does not cover faults caused by changes made by others after our work, hardware failure outside our supply, loss of service by third parties such as internet providers, or use outside the agreed scope.

Privacy and your data
We collect only what we need to serve you: your name, contact details, company, country and whatever you tell us about your systems.
We use it to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service you bought and keep a record of the work. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own privacy terms. We receive only the payment result, not your card number.
During a remote session we may see data on your systems. We treat everything we see as confidential, we access only what is necessary for the work, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Website analytics are stored in our own database, not shared with an advertising network. You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — email us and we will action it.

Liability and jurisdiction
Our liability for any single engagement is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business.
We always advise a verified backup before any significant change, and we will tell you when one is needed.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the contracting entity stated on your invoice. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your own country.

Questions
Anything unclear? Ask before you buy
We would rather answer a question than process a refund.
