Our own business software suite

Five products we wrote, own and support ourselves — POS, ERP with manufacturing, HR & payroll, inventory and guest CRM. Because we hold the source code, customisation is a conversation with your engineer, not a change request queued behind a foreign head office. Run one module standalone, or connect them all into a single paperless system.

The suite

Five modules. One ledger.

A sale rung up on the POS moves stock in Inventory, posts to the ERP ledger, updates the customer's profile in CRM and appears on tonight's dashboard. No re-keying, no reconciliation at month end, no arguments about which system holds the truth.

Inventory & Warehouse

Stock control across branches and warehouses — the module that quietly stops the leaks most businesses never see.

  • Multi-location stock & bin management
  • Barcodes, batches & serial tracking
  • Expiry & shelf-life control
  • Inter-branch transfers & requisitions
  • Reorder points & automatic purchase suggestions
  • Goods receipt & supplier returns
  • Physical counts & variance reporting
  • Costing: FIFO, weighted average
  • Live valuation feeding the ERP ledger
Customisation & integration

Complete customisation, third-party integration accepted

Standard software forces your company to work the way the software was written. We do the opposite: we study how your business actually runs, then shape the modules, screens, documents, approvals and reports around it.

If a system already works for you, we keep it and integrate — accounting packages, hotel PMS, payment gateways, payroll platforms, government portals, e-commerce, marketplaces and bespoke internal tools. Requests for third-party integration are accepted as a normal part of the engagement, not treated as an exception.

Paperless operations

We design the workflow, then remove the paper

Going paperless is not a scanner. It is knowing exactly how a request travels through your company — who raises it, who approves it, what it costs, where it is filed and how it is found again three years later. We map that first, build it second.

1

Map the official workflows

We sit with your team and document how work actually happens today — purchase requests, leave applications, quotations, job cards, gate passes, invoices and approvals — including the informal steps nobody wrote down.

2

Design the digital version

Each form becomes a digital document with defined fields, routing rules, approval levels, delegation and escalation. You see the flow diagram and sign it off before a line of configuration is written.

3

Configure and integrate

The workflows are built into the ERP, connected to your existing systems, and secured with role-based permissions so people see only what belongs to them.

4

Train, run parallel, cut over

Staff are trained on their own real documents. We run digital and paper side by side until confidence is high, then retire the paper.

5

Measure and refine

Dashboards show where approvals stall and which steps cost the most time. We tune the workflow rather than leaving you with a fixed system.

Deployment & commercials

Sized to the company, not the brochure

Cost and scope are managed deliberately. You start with the modules that pay for themselves and add the rest when the business is ready.
